1. Table of contents can now be INDENTED, showing hierarchy.
2. Two new XFNCs (from Apple support - Steve Maller) have been added to implement STANDARD FILE OPERATIONS.
3. A button for IMPORTING OLD SUMMARIZER STACKS TO NEW has been added. All cards (whether empty,graphic, or text), menus, and text are imported. There are some limitations on the import. Font types are not preserved. PICTS are not imported (I'm working on it). Don't try to import regular Hypercard stacks! Certain special characters are used in the file which saves the transfer info. Because of this your source summarizer stack must not include the following characters… ƒ,Ω,¥,∑, or ∆. Use find to search for them if you think they exist in your text. THE TRANSFER BUTTON WILL NOT WORK IF THESE CHARACTERS ARE PRESENT IN THE SOURCE SUMMARIZER STACK!
4. A bug has been corrected. In Summarizer 1.4, a click immediately below an item in a menu list, deleted that item.
5. A button affecting all searchs in the menu list has been added. If set to ΓÇÿpartialΓÇÖ, any part of a menu text (beginning, middle, or end) is used as search text, as long as it is unique in the menu. The FIRST occurance of the search text is found. This saves typing! If in certain cases you need an exact match, click ΓÇÿexactΓÇÖ.
6. The "ImportΓÇÖ button for graphics will import a paint file so as to exclude ΓÇÿwhite spaceΓÇÖ surrounding the picture if possible.
